Sometimes in being a Manager -- when all things seems to crumble or
falling upon you-- you need a higher being to help you calm the storm
in your manager's dilemma.

There are events in your managerial life that you need God. Jesus.
Holy Spirit. (I am a believer and I believe in them. In God). So, what
are those events? Well it can be a declining sales, a loss in revenue,
or a personnel problem -- a dilemma in which you don't know the answer
and do not know who to go to to find resolution.
Well, being a manager has huge responsibilities.
A very good manager can stand in strong winds (problems), has firm
hold of the things he / she is responsible in managing (resources and
people), and has a strong hold to his faith.
Faith must be separated in whatever you do as a Manager (and the other
roles you are performing in your life).
